Monica is the Vice President of IBM’s Build Ecosystem & Technology Partnerships and works with ISVs to accelerate the adoption of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies. She leads global sales for building with ISVs and spearheads the strategy, design and execution of programs helping partners to embed IBM technology and win with their clients. Monica brings rich experience in various leadership roles in IBM across software, systems, and ecosystems team. In her prior roles, she was the Vice President for Hybrid Cloud and ISV Ecosystem for IBM Power and served as the Vice President for IBM Systems Labs. Monica is the co-chair for the Pan-Asian Executive Council and served on the Board of Directors for IBM India Pvt. Ltd. Monica holds a Bachelors in Technology (Computer Science) and a Masters of Business Administration.
